We are so excited to have you join us on your amazing journey. Yoga transformed my life and with practice, practice, and more practice you will feel the amazing benefits that just keep on giving day after day, month after month, and year after year. The key is consistency and understanding Yoga is truly doing the work in. Meeting yourself and showing on your mat for you.

Here are some tips for a great first class with us

Before Class

  • Be sure to eat a light snack 1-2 hours before class. Please avoid any heavy meals.
  • Drink plenty of water the day before and leading up to your first class.
  • Before your first class, new students must arrive at least 15-20 minutes earlyGive yourself time to find the studio. This helps ensure that we have time to get you set up for class and answer any questions you may have. 

During Class

  • Stay focused. Listen carefully to the instructions of your teacher and approach every posture to the best of your ability.
  • Meet your body where you are. If you need to take a break please do so. Yoga is a journey

After Class

  • Continue to hydrate and drink plenty of water
  • Consistency is key. We would love for you to join us on a consistent basis. make a commitment and sign up for your next class. We find that most students see the benefits after their third or fourth class so stick with it. Try different classes/instructors to see what appeals to you.

Yoga Class Etiquette

  • Arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before class (20 minutes for new students)

  • Try to enter and leave the yoga room without disrupting the other students

  • Do not wear perfumes; colognes; scented body lotions, oils or deodorants

  • Leave remove your shoes before entering on the yoga floor.

  • Please do not put your shoes on the yoga floor when leaving

  • Respect the silence of the yoga room before, during and after class

  • Turn off your cell phone when you arrive

  • If you tend to sweat outside of your mat, bring a towel and wipe down your area when class is over

  • Follow the instructions of the teacher

I AM NOT FLEXIBLE, CAN I STILL PRACTICE YOGA?

I'M RUNNING LATE, CAN I STILL COME?

Doors are locked 5 minutes after class starts so its essential you are on time. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. For your safety, please arrive arrive at least 10-15 minutes early. Give yourself time to find the studio and get settled in before class starts.

WHAT IS YOUR "COMMUNITY" CLASS?

Tuesday at 7pm To Each is Om offers community class on a donation basis. The suggested donation amount is $10, but any amount at all is acceptable.Click here for more information about community classes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We now have a new late cancellation window of 2 hours.

  • If you cancel out of class 2 hours prior to class starting, there will be no charge. 

  • If you cancel within 2 hours of class start time a you class card will be deducted or a late cancel fee of $20 will be charged.

  • If you do not show up a no show fee of $20 will be charged.

  • Members will not be charged for late cancelations.
