How do virtual classes work?
Acuity Scheduling: After booking a class through Acuity Scheduling, clients receive an automated confirmation email with a Zoom meeting link. Acuity integrates seamlessly with Zoom, automatically generating the meeting link and sending reminders. When it’s time for the class, clients simply click the Zoom link to join the live session.
What equipment will I need?
- A laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone.
- A yoga mat and optional yoga props (blocks, straps).
- A stable internet connection for smooth streaming.
Will classes be recorded and accessible later?
Yes, classes can be recorded using Zoom’s recording feature. You can choose to record the session automatically or manually. After the class, you can share the recording with clients who couldn’t attend live or who want to revisit the session.
What technology is required?
- The Zoom app (free) installed on their device or accessed via browser.
- A laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone.
- Stable internet connection to avoid interruptions during the class.
