At To Each is OM, our founder, Lisa Collins, established this sanctuary in 2019 with a vision of inclusivity, healing, and empowerment. We celebrate diversity and our curated sessions are a safe space for everyBODY, where you can explore your practice without judgment.

Our offerings include a range of ancient healing practices such as Yoga, Yoni Steams, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Reiki, all designed to uplift and inspire. We invite you to embrace these spiritually-affirming practices as tools for self-education, healing, and self-discovery.

However, it’s crucial to emphasize that our sanctuary’s strength lies in the safety and respect we uphold within our community. We encourage everyone to attend to their personal journey and respect the diverse perspectives of others. Let us maintain a supportive and harmonious space where we all grow and evolve together.

New Students: How to Get Started

  • Register Online: To streamline your experience, please create an account through our online scheduling system. While your account and purchases will activate upon your first visit, this step will save you time during your initial visit. If you’re using a gift card, kindly bring it with you.

Tips for a Great First Class:

Before Class:

  • Consume a light snack 1-2 hours before class; avoid heavy meals.
  • Stay hydrated; drink plenty of water leading up to your class.

During Class:

  • Stay focused and listen attentively to your teacher’s instructions.
  • Honor your body’s capabilities; take breaks when needed. Yoga is a personal journey.

After Class:

  • Continue to hydrate and drink water.
  • Consistency is key to experiencing the full benefits of yoga. Make a commitment to join us regularly. Many students notice significant benefits after their third or fourth class, so stay dedicated. Explore different classes and instructors to find what resonates with you.

Yoga Class Etiquette:

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before class
  • Enter and leave the yoga room with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain silence within the yoga room before, during, and after class.
  • Mute yourself during virtual classes.
  • If you tend to sweat, bring a towel and wipe down your area post-class.
  • Follow the teacher’s instructions during class.
